Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All orders take about 5 days to process. Shipping begins after order has been processed. If your order is placed on the weekend, your orders processing time will begin that Monday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.  
COVID-19
We are taking extra precautions during this time and as a result we may experience longer than normal processing and shipping times that are not in our control. Please be patient during this time.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will update with current information within 24 hours. 
There will be many times that we will print shipping labels so we can mass label our boxes to expedite the packaging of your order. If you are notified that a label was created with no movement, please don't be alarmed. Once your order is on the courier truck you will receive an update that it has left the facility. 

Customers Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Please verify all information before placing order. Once an order is placed we do not cancel orders. 
 
Returned/Unclaimed Items:
 Any packages that are returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery will be refunded without the shipping charge once the items have returned back to our warehouse. If you would like to have your item reshipped, you will need to repurchase the desired item and another shipping fee. To avoid this, please verify all shipping information before checkout.
